Woman Who Slipped on Grapes Wins Compensation

A woman has been awarded £27,500 in compensation after she slipped on some grapes and fractured her shoulder whilst shopping in a Marks & Spencer store in Bath. As a result of her fall, Jeanette Plummer, 62, is restricted as to what she can do and requires a shoulder replacement operation. She plans to use the compensation money to pay her medical bills.
