Damages Awarded to Cyclist

A cycling club member has won compensation for being knocked off his bicycle by a car. Quentin Storey was crossing a roundabout in Dorset when the driver of a 4x4 vehicle cut across his path, causing the accident.

Mr Storey suffered a number of very painful soft-tissue injuries to both his arms and legs, halting his training schedule. He was only able to resume training after undergoing nine weeks of recuperation and chiropractic treatment.
